Return and refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please read the return conditions below — they differ for EU and non-EU customers.

European Union (EU) Customers

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation required.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.

Defective or Incorrect Items (EU)

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • We offer free shipping for your original order (we cover the cost to send it to you).

  • In case of a voluntary return (not due to defect), the actual shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.


Outside the European Union (Rest of the World)

  • Orders shipped outside the EU can be returned only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.

  • In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

  • If the package is returned without a reason, return costs (if any) will be deducted from the refund.


Non-returnable Items

Items on sale or marked as “final sale” cannot be returned unless faulty.

  2. We’ll provide detailed return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
